• Bill Data: Bill names, items and services, payment amounts that you create in the Application.
• Phone Numbers: Phone numbers may be added by you in bills for contact purposes (optional).
• Receipt Images: Photos of receipts that you upload for automatic recognition using artificial intelligence.
• Push Tokens: Tokens for sending payment notifications (if you have consented to receive notifications).

3. Use of Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving the Application's functionality
• Recognizing receipts using artificial intelligence technologies (Gemini by Google)
• Creating and managing bills for splitting payments
• Providing premium features and subscriptions through YooKassa payment service
• Sending payment notifications (with your consent)
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud
• Application usage analytics to improve user experience
• Ensuring compatibility and providing updates
• Displaying relevant advertisements through Yandex advertising network

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We may share data with the following third parties:

4.1. Recognition Services

• Gemini (AI model family by Google): Receipt images are transmitted to Gemini, a family of artificial intelligence models created by Google, for text recognition and extraction of product and price data. Data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
• OpenRouter API: We use the OpenRouter service to access Gemini models. Receipt images are transmitted through OpenRouter for processing. Data is processed in accordance with OpenRouter's and Google's privacy policies.

4.2. Advertising Services

• Yandex Advertising Network: Our application uses the Yandex advertising network, which may collect technical data (IP address, device type, device identifier) to display relevant advertisements. Data processing is carried out in accordance with Yandex's privacy policy.
• Mail.ru: Our website uses the Mail.ru advertising service, which may collect technical data (IP address, device type) to display relevant advertisements. Data processing is carried out in accordance with Mail.ru's privacy policy.

4.3. Payment Services

• YooKassa (Yandex.Kassa): For processing payments for premium features and subscriptions, we use the YooKassa (Yandex.Kassa) payment service. When making a payment, the following data is transmitted: payment amount, service description, user email, device identifier. Data is processed in accordance with YooKassa's privacy policy. We do not store bank card data — all payment transactions are processed through YooKassa's secure service.

4.4. Hosting and Infrastructure

• Data is stored on hosting provider servers in accordance with their security policies.

We do not sell users' personal data to third parties.

5. Data Storage

Data is stored on secure servers for the period necessary to provide services, or until you delete it through the Application's functionality. You can delete your bills and associated data at any time through the Application interface.

6. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Receive information about what data we collect and how it is used
• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent to data processing (in this case, some Application features may become unavailable)
• Restrict processing of your data

8. Public Data Distribution

When creating a bill, you can create a public link to access the bill. Data available through the public link (bill name, items, amounts) may be viewed by anyone who has this link. We are not responsible for the distribution of public links by third parties.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the Application or by email. Continued use of the Application after changes are made means you agree to the updated Policy.

10. Age Restrictions

Our Application is not intended for persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
